3. Deletion Confirmation: Once your data has been purged, an official confirmation email will be dispatched to you confirming the successful erasure.
৫Statutory & Academic Retention Exceptions (আইনি সংরক্ষণের বাধ্যবাধকতা)
In compliance with the laws of Bangladesh and standard educational regulations, certain data categories may be retained exclusively where required by law:
• Financial & Tax Records: Course fee transaction records (bKash/Nagad/Bank deposit slips and vouchers) must be retained for audit compliance under the National Board of Revenue (NBR) and Bangladesh accounting statutes for the statutory period (3 to 5 years).
• Official Academic Certification: Records of course completion, certificates issued, and graduation records for diploma holders are retained in the institutional archive so that former students may verify their credentials in the future.
